How it works

   Fill in parties and dates

   Enter your business details and the client's, pick issue and due dates (or tap a Net 7/14/30 chip to set the due date automatically) and choose your currency.

   Add line items

   Describe each item, set quantity and unit price — line totals, subtotal, discount, tax and grand total update live and are computed in exact cents.

   Review the paper preview

   The right pane shows the actual invoice sheet exactly as it will print: totals in order, status pill, notes and dates. What you see is what the PDF contains.

   Print or save as PDF

   Click Print / Save as PDF and your browser's print dialog opens with a clean A4 layout — choose Save as PDF there. No watermark, no server round-trip.

Tips for better results

• 💡Everything auto-saves in your browser, so you can close the tab and continue the invoice later — use Reset to start a fresh one.
• 💡The discount is a flat amount and is capped at the subtotal, so totals can never go negative.
• 💡Load sample fills clearly-labeled example data (with a SAMPLE banner) so you can see the layout before typing anything; editing any field removes the banner.
• 💡JPY amounts intentionally show no decimal places; all other currencies show two.
• 💡The print stylesheet is tuned for A4 — for US Letter, pick Letter in your browser's print dialog; the layout adapts.
