Key features

  • Two consumption styles: litres per 100 km (European) or kilometres per litre — pick whichever your car speaks.
  • A round-trip toggle that doubles the distance automatically, on by default.
  • Split the total between up to 50 people, with quick chips for 2–5 passengers.
  • A full breakdown: fuel needed in litres, cost per kilometre and the exact calculation used.
  • The headline number switches from total cost to per-person cost the moment you add passengers.

How it works

  1. Enter the distance

One-way kilometres — the round-trip switch (on by default) doubles it for you.

  2. Add consumption and fuel price

Your car's L/100 km or km/L figure, plus today's price per litre.

  3. Split between people (optional)

Step the counter up, or tap 2/3/4/5 for a typical carload.

  4. Read the breakdown

Total (or per-person) cost leads, with litres needed, cost per km and the calculation sentence underneath.

Tips for better results

  • Take the consumption figure from your trip computer rather than the brochure — city driving can be 20–30% worse.
  • Turn the round-trip switch off for one-way moves, or when someone else is driving back.
  • For trips abroad, convert the local price or distance units with the Unit Converter before entering them.
  • The per-litre price swings the total more than anything else — update it before long journeys.
