Favicon Generator

Key features

• Generates nine PNG sizes in one pass: 16, 32, 48, 64, 96, 128, 180, 192 and 512 px.
• Non-square artwork is centered on a transparent square canvas first, with a notice explaining what happened.
• Each size renders at true proportions with high-quality smoothing for crisp small icons.
• Download sizes individually or grab all nine at once.
• Includes a copy-paste head snippet with favicon and apple-touch-icon link tags.

How it works

1. 1

   Drop A Square Image

A 512×512 logo is ideal, but any image works.

2. 2

   Review The Nine Sizes

Every icon renders immediately with its pixel dimensions labelled.

3. 3

   Download The Files

One by one, or use Download all — your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads.

4. 4

   Wire Them Up

Copy the snippet, drop the PNGs into your /public folder, and paste the tags into the head.

Tips for better results

• 💡Simple, high-contrast shapes survive 16px; fine details and thin strokes will not.
• 💡The 180px file is the apple-touch-icon; 192 and 512 px suit Android and PWA manifests.
• 💡If your source is not square, check the preview — it shows the centered, padded result.
